Making an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, please call us at (864) 850-1968 between 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. All office visits are by appointment only.
 
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us to reschedule as soon as possible. Because we strive to keep our waiting times to a minimum, patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment, or they may choose to be worked in that day as time permits.

Your First Visit

As you prepare for your first visit, please bring with you any previous X-rays or studies that other physicians have already completed. If you are unable to obtain them, please let us know so we can assist you. 
 
You will also need to bring your current insurance information, a driver's license or photo ID, and a list of all current medications and dosages with you.
 
Our new patient forms are now available online so you can print them out, complete them at home, and have them ready when you arrive for your appointment. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow enough time to complete the registration process.

Refilling a Prescription

Please request prescription refills at the time of your visit. To request a prescription refill over the phone, please call our office at (864) 850-1968. A nurse will call you back as soon as possible after consulting with your physician, but please note that prescription refill requests that are called in can take up to 48 hours to be processed.

We accept most insurance providers. Please call our office prior to your appointment to verify acceptance.
